Expected delivery times are estimated by Australia Post or courier company used. Delivery to rural areas and remote countries, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs may take longer. These times are subject to product availability, we will advise if an item has sold out and options to rectify the out of stock.
All of our packages are sent via Australia Post, so delivery times vary. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Orders outside Australia can take up to 10 - 21 business days.

What happens if I don't like the products I ordered?
We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind – please choose carefully.

We strongly suggest that you find out your skin type before selecting any skincare products, as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that will suit you. If you'd like us to recommend the products that will be best suited to your skin, please contact us.
What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we're happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
